I want to talk about money.  Don’t get me wrong, money isn’t everything but it’s a by-product of how much impact you’re creating in the world.

If you want to make more money, you need to add more value in the world and there are 2 ways to do that which I get into in this episode.

What You Missed

In our last episode I talked about the 10,000 rule based on a book by Malcolm Gladwell called Outliers.  If you’re not familiar with this, the concept is that in order to master a skill or succeed in any endeavor in life, you have to put in 10,000 hours of work.

However, it is my belief that in order to succeed, you need to be in the right environment. Environment will always trump willpower. And that includes the people you surround yourself with.

While it is important to put in the work, the environment in which you immerse yourself is going to help unlock the things your really want to achieve.
