How Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Can Fuel Your Success with CBT Fitness Expert Jill Bunny
Like so many in the health space, Jill Bunny has an incredible story of overcoming health challenges such as developing an eating disorder after having been divorced, jobless and financially broke at the age of 25.
After overcoming her eating disorder, regaining her health and strength and dominating the competition stage and fitness magazine covers, she found herself diagnosed with Cancer as well as MS.
In the process, Jill had become depressed, overweight and lost her self-worth. The images of her online did not reflect where she was and although she was getting help, she had gone through the process and journey of making the transition from Bikini Competitor to becoming a CBT and owning up to it.
Through her experience and challenges in the fitness world, and as a former Bikini Competitor and cover model, she discovered that there was more to health and fitness than aesthetics and found herself immersed in CBT – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to not just help herself, but the clients she served. She has taken it one step further by creating a CBT Certification course so other health and fitness professionals can learn the skills as well.
Through CBT, Jill has taught her clients to respond to negative thoughts towards food and body image with positive affirmations she calls “helpful responses.” By tackling the mindset issues, she helps women lose weight with achievable, sustainable results.

What You Missed
Julie Solomon has over 10 years experience as a publicist who specializes in building your online influence into a profitable business regardless of how many followers you have and is
also the host of one of the top ranked business podcasts, The Influencer Podcast.
From her years working in the “corporate world”, one of the things Julie has been able to bring to the table is the importance of making that human connection through compassion, empathy and understanding.
What does it take to be successful? Over the years Julie has learned to overcome being driven by fear into a person driven by curiosity and to think critically and reframing her mind to into thinking “how can I” instead of “I can’t”.
It all comes down to how you view success and how you go about achieving it. You need to be aware more so of who do I need to become today as opposed to what it is I need to know today, or what I need to learn today. They get control of life as opposed to having life control them.
As a business coach, a big part of Julie’s program and core beliefs is taking responsibility for your success. Really taking ownership of your successes and your failures.
