Hiring A Business Coach, Is It Necessary? The Healthpreneur Show
One of the biggest misconceptions a lot entrepreneurs have when first starting out is that they think they can figure out how to build a business on their own. However, they soon discover that they can’t get very far on their own without some help.
As the saying goes, you don’t know what you don’t know.
While we tend to be inclined to think that “free trainings” can do the the job, there’s a big difference between what you learn from “free trainings” and “paid trainings.” When you pay for coaching, you’re getting access to a higher level of expertise that opens doors that wouldn’t otherwise be there for you saving you time, money and a lot of frustration.
One of the things you need to be aware of when building a business is having self-awareness and having clarity of vision of how you see your business and where you want it to go which a good business coach or mentor can help guide you to your destination.

What You Missed
Like so many of us, Chris and Karina were working in a job that didn’t fulfill them and knew their heart and passion wasn’t into it. Sure the money was great, but at the end of the day, they were miserable.
And so they took a leap of faith, quit their cushy legal careers and followed their heart and their passion and found each other in the process.
Chris and Karina share that moment when they both knew they were not happy doing what they think they should be doing, what their family thought they should be doing, to making the leap of faith and the journey they made to follow their passion and inner calling.
Like all brick and mortar health and fitness businesses, Chris and Karina’s were affected by COVID and the lockdowns that ensued. They share how they weathered the COVID storm by pivoting over to online technology while delivering the high quality experience their clients were accustomed to while making their clients feel like they were part of a community.
