What You Missed

It’s great getting calls booked, but is it normal for a lot of your leads to be unqualified or no-shows.  This is something that will happen from time to time. It’s natural to try to hypothesize why something is not working.

One of the things you want to look at is the source of your leads and how you warm them up.  For example, are they coming from a Facebook ad or are your leads watching your videos on YouTube?
