10 Core Tenets Of A Profitable Practice (Part 4)
If you’re a practice owner, a physical therapist, chiropractor, naturopathic doctor, etc., and have a practice that’s brick and mortar, online or both, over the next series of episodes, I’m going to walk you through 10 core tenants that will help you succeed in business.
Today I’m going to walk you through the 5th tenet of the 10 core tenets of a profitable practice: The More You Earn, The More You Can Contribute. The More You Contribute, The More You Will Earn.
Of all the topics we’ll be covering in this series, this particular tenet is probably the most controversial.
There is a parasitic mindset that most health practitioners believe there’s something wrong with making money.
In this video, I’m going to challenge that mindset and help you think a little bit differently.
In This Episode I discuss:

What You Missed
In our previous episode in this series, I walked you through the 4th of the 10 core tenants of a profitable practice which is Your Success Is Determined By Your Systems.
The way most health practitioners get their clients is word of mouth. The problem with that is that it’s not a reliable or predictable way of getting clients. You cannot build a business reliably on word of mouth.
You have 3 areas of your business we refer to as The Three P’s that have systems for each part of that business.
I explain what those Three P’s are and what type of systems make each component work.
The big shift most practitioners have to make, if they want to escape treating patients all day long, is the decision to become a business owner, instead of a self-employed technician. Having the right systems in place helps you buy back your time, while creating even greater outcomes for your patients.
