Today, I’m excited to answer some questions that have come up recently in our Facebook group, mostly about how to grow and maximize your virtual healthcare practice. As a healthcare professional or healthcare business owner, you probably are looking for answers that’ll help get you to a 6-, 7-, or even 8- figure business. I’m here to tell you that reaching those heights is POSSIBLE, and it takes having a great business mindset.
As a business owner, you want your business to yield the most revenue that it can so that you can have financial freedom, time freedom to spend your hours on the things that really matter, and ultimately succeed as a healthcare professional and entrepreneur. And while it takes a lot of things to achieve this, I’d say that the 2 most important things are becoming an amazing communicator, and having persistence and drive in growing your virtual healthcare practice like nobody’s business.
Building a profitable business that services many people AND creates excellent revenue is no easy feat. It requires tenacity, and you need to be able to think on your feet. Having a mentor can also help you a great deal along the journey.
The virtual healthcare business is becoming more competitive each day as the demand for online healthcare solutions grows. In order to make a difference as a healthcare professional, you have to focus on serving your clients in the best possible way instead of just obsessing with what your competition is doing.

What You Missed
Let’s face it, building connections online is just not the same as doing so in a brick-and-mortar business. So as an online health practitioner or business owner, how do you start building client trust?
There are 3 KEY ELEMENTS that are crucial to nurturing client relationships online and getting people to trust you.
The first one is time. It takes time to get to know someone, and that includes developing client relationships. The more time you’re able to spend with them, the more likely it is that they end up knowing, liking, and trusting you. When you’re online, you can’t physically be with your audience, but you CAN build trust. Be consistent, nurture your client relationships.
Second, to start building client trust you need proximity. Again, in the brick-and-mortar model you have the ability to talk face-to-face with people who come in. So, how do you go about building connections like that online? The answer is by being vulnerable and by making people comfortable. When people are at ease, they’ll be more likely to trust you.
Third is value. The more value you can provide to others, the more you get in return. Give people something that they want. That way, they’ll be motivated to keep coming back to you, and you can build better client relationships.
Time, proximity, and value. When you have all three of these things in your business, you’ll attract a following FAST. These elements make building client trust simple.
Give these strategies a try and you’ll have no problem building connections that LAST!
