Keep Knocking and Eventually the Door Will Open

I want to share an interesting story that happened years ago and it has to do with the fact that if you keep knocking, eventually the door will open. Okay? If you keep knocking, eventually the door will open.

The Magic Of Being Persistent

If you have kids, you probably know what I’m talking about. They are incessant at asking for what they want and I want to encourage you not to beat that out of them. Maybe beat is not the right word. We don’t want to strip that of them because there really is an amazing quality if you think of it. Most people in life struggle because they fear what other people are going to think of them. If I asked … I don’t want to piss someone off or upset them because I’m too persistent or I’m asking too much. Kids don’t care. They just do it, right? Because they want what they want and I want to encourage you to have that level of tenacity.

A number of years ago, my first book,  The All Day Energy Diet was coming out and I was hellbent on getting this book to number one on the New York Times list and I invested a huge amount of money, $300,000 to be exact. Now here’s the thing is that I didn’t have $300,000 sitting in the bank. I took a risk and I said, “You know what? I believe in myself. I’m going to figure this out.” By the way, I don’t recommend doing that. There’s smarter ways to invest your business or your money.

You’ve Got To Believe In Yourself

I made the commitment to invest $300,000 and partner with some marketing/distribution firms for the books and so forth. I had an acquaintance who said he would lend me half the money because I basically had half. I needed the other half. He said, “Yeah, I’ll lend it to you.” We set up a contract with the basic repayment, interest and so forth, and two days before the money was due, he pulled out.

Now that was probably one of the most stressful couple days of my life because when he dropped that bomb on me, I was really pissed, super pissed because if you’ve seen any of my other videos, I can’t stand flakes, which are people who back out of commitments, whether it’s a relationship or a business commitment or anything. So the reason I’m sharing this with you in the sense of like if you continue knocking, the door will eventually open. And to put this in context, this happened on a Friday. The money was due on a Monday. Most banks aren’t open on the weekends, right? They don’t do a lot of stuff on the weekends. So it’s a Friday just after lunch. I’m in panic mode for one or two hours and then I said, “Listen dude, get yourself together and figure this out.” And so I got super uncomfortable like I’m talking about like the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been because I started making phone calls and sending text messages and emails to literally every single person I knew and I was basically asking for money. I said, “Listen, I’m in a really tight situation. I need to borrow $150,000. Can you do that for me?” More or less, right? Not in that exact tone.

Talk about uncomfortable. Talk about super, super uncomfortable, but I kept doing it because I knew that there was no other way. I had to make this happen and it was a Friday afternoon. It was like, I had nothing else I could do. So I just started calling in favors and getting super, super out there and uncomfortable and I will be forever grateful to the two people who stepped up who lent me the money that afternoon, wired it to me. And here’s the thing is I promised them that I would pay them back in seven days. That’s a big promise. That is a big promise. And the only reason I was able to promise them that was because we had tested the heck out of this funnel for the book, and we knew it was working and converting well. I said, “Listen, I promise you this money will be coming back to you in seven days.”

Now some people might be like, “Well, I don’t believe you.” Whatever, but I’m a man of my word and that’s really important to me. And so they lent me the money. We sent the money off on the Monday morning. Everything worked out well. The best part about this whole situation was not that my book hit number two on the New York Times list, which was great, but for me, what was most important was how I was able to repay those two individuals within seven days, just like I promised. So the moral of the story is this is sometimes you just got to keep on knocking. You have to keep on knocking if you want something badly enough, and if you don’t, the door is not going to open. If you don’t ask enough, you’re just not going to get it. So I want to encourage you in your life to, whether that’s to follow up more or to continue pushing when things don’t work out or you hear a lot of no’s or even if it’s something as simple as you have an opt-in page.

If you have an opt-in page that isn’t converting as well as you want it to, you keep testing, you keep testing iterations of it. That’s the lesson. Hopefully it serves you, hopefully it inspires you. No matter who you’re listening to or learning from or looking up to, we’ve all had our dark days and we’ve all had really challenging moments and I think this is part of the wisdom I’m able to help our clients with is that, listen, I don’t have all the answers, but I can certainly shortcut the path to success based on a lot of the stuff that I’ve been through, the failures and successes.

If you like what I’m all about, if you’ve watched some of my stuff and you want help growing your health or fitness business, you want to get more clients, you want a simpler, more predictable, arguably a smarter business model to get clients without working yourself to the bone, then go to WorkWithYuri.com and let’s book in a time to have a chat. Because if what you’re doing isn’t currently working, even if you’re doing pretty well, there are very simple things we can do to improve your situation, but let’s get on the phone. Let’s figure out a game plan for your business and then let’s see if there’s a fit to work together. And if not, totally cool. If there is, we can certainly help you with that as well. So that’s the deal.

Keep on knocking my friend, keep on knocking.

The Best Investment You Can Ever Make

This is something you will never lose on. I’m not talking about real estate of the stock market or playing slots at Vegas.  You can never lose by betting on yourself. That’s the best investment you can make.

Investing In Yourself

What does betting on yourself mean? Betting on yourself means I’m going to invest in my education. I’m going to invest in my learning. I’m going to invest in my business. I’m going to grow. I’m going to learn. I’m going to spend money on me. I’m not talking about in terms of clothing and fancy shoes. Listen, guys, I walk around in t-shirts, sweaters, track pants, and shorts most of the time. It has nothing to do with who you are as a person or what your level of success or whatever. None of that stuff matters, like dressing fancy and all that kind of stuff.

What matters is up here. It’s investing in yourself. It’s investing in your knowledge, what you’re able to do, your ability to contribute, investing in experiences that are going to help you grow, surrounding yourself with bigger, better people that are going to challenge you to grow and become more of yourself. This is the best way. This is something I firmly believe in. It’s something I think that all of us should be doing in a much, much bigger level.

Reading a book is fine, right? That’s an example of investing in yourself.  It’s kind of the base of the investments in your self pyramid.

The Best Bet You’ll Ever Make

For the first three years of my business, when I started back in 2006, the biggest mistake that I made was I didn’t invest in myself. I bet on myself. I said, “Listen, I can … I’m going to build a business. I’m going to figure this out. I’m a smart enough person. I’m going to bet on myself,” but I was arrogant enough to think that I could do it all by myself, and I struggled for three years. So if you know my story, you’ve probably heard it before. If not, I’ll share with you some other time.

But at the beginning of 2010, I said, “Listen, dude, you’re making below poverty line income. It’s been three years now. You got to change something.” The decision I made was I invested in going to several live events, which I had not done previously, and I decided to hire a coach. Now, full transparency about that, I had no money to invest in those events. So what did I do? I use this amazing thing called a credit card. If you have a business and you’re not using credit, I’m not too sure what’s going on with your business. I’ll save that for another video.

So anyways, I put, probably combined between the events and the eventual coaching, about $26,000 over the space of a couple months that I had not made in the previous year. But I knew I had to put that money on the table that I didn’t have. I used my credit card because I was going to bet on myself. I was going to learn. I was going to grow. I was going to meet people. I knew that if I put myself in those environments good things were going to happen.

It was the single most important decision I ever made in my life business-wise. Because from that one decision, everything that percolated from that has helped me get to where I am today, has helped me build to multiple million dollar companies that have served hundreds of thousands of people and we continue to push the envelope to help more and more people. Now with Healthpreneur, we’re really helping a lot of practitioners, and health experts, and fitness experts grow amazing businesses. None of that would’ve been possible had I not made that decision to bet on myself, to say, “Listen, man, get your head out of your you know what. Get in the game. Start playing bigger. Take a risk. Stop playing small. Get away from the computer. Stop hiding and do something, man. Do something.” And I did, and I continue to do so.

The One Thing Most Successful People Have In Common

I’ve invested over half a million dollars in my own coaching, my own learning, my own growth, and masterminds, and events over the past seven years. I’m not saying you have to spend that kind of money, but you do have to invest in yourself. You have to. You never lose. The more you invest in yourself, the more your business will grow.

I promise you when you look at the most successful people that you look up to, I bet you that there’s going to be one thing in common. The more money they make is simply a reflection of the amount of money they’ve invested in themselves. And if you’re not currently where you want to be business-wise, I’m going to make an assumption that you probably haven’t invested in yourself enough.

So I want to give you the opportunity to make a decision right now. If you like my stuff, if you like what I stand for, if you like what we’re all about with Healthpreneur, then I want you to go to workwithyuri.com. This is an opportunity to book a call with us. We’ll look at what you’re doing, what’s not working, what are some of the challenges, and we’ll piece together a game plan that can really work for your business to get more clients, to help more people, to create more freedom in your life, to create a business that is a business, not a job that you can really run sustainably instead of burning out and trading time for money and all that stuff.

Go to workwithyuri.com. Book in a time. Answer a few questions about your business, and we’ll jump on the phone. We’ll talk about how we can possibly help you. Again, if we can’t, we’ll let you know. It’s all good. But if we can, we can talk about what the next steps might look like.

I can promise you that if we decide to work together, it’ll be the single best decision you’ve ever made in your business. Almost every single one of our clients who’ve worked with us have said the same thing. If you do like what we’re up to and if you feel like there might be a good fit here, let’s at the very minimum have a conversation and see if we’re a good fit for each other.

I hope you have an amazing day. Never, ever, ever underestimate betting on yourself because is the best bets. It is the most surefire bet that you can ever make in your life and for your business. We’ll see you soon.

Is Your Business A Rainforest Or A Desert?

Is your business a rain forest or a deserts? Right now I’m walking in a forest. And what allows a forest to flourish? Well, amongst other things, one of the most important things is rain, is water. If you don’t have water, you can’t really grow anything. So you essentially have a desert.

Is your business a forest or is it a desert?

What do I mean by that? Well, if rain is the lifeblood of nature and it gives nature life, then the rain in your business are new leads.  If your business is not able to generate enough leads, it’s not able to grow new life and new life being revenue and clients. So you end up very quickly building a desert of a business, and that’s not a lot of fun because not much survives in the desert. You can’t really survive in the desert. And if your business is a desert, then it’s kind of dying. How do we make it rain? How do we make it rain in your business? And that’s what I want to talk about right here for a second.

You see, if I were to ask you, on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being I have a predictable, automated and consistent way of getting new leads into my business that works even when I don’t, or 0 being I post online all the time and if I don’t do anything, I don’t get any leads, where would you score yourself? If you score yourself anything less than I would say a 6 or a 7, your business is in trouble. And I say that with all the love possible because I really want to help you. I don’t want to see you struggle in business. The reality is that almost every single person we speak with, the number one question people ask is how do I get more clients?

How To Make It Rain Clients

The number one question we ask them is well, what are you currently doing to get clients? What are you currently doing to generate leads? And it’s the same stuff every single time. Well, I post on social media, I’ve got a blog that I post on once a week, word of mouth, whatever. It’s the same thing over and over again. Listen, if you don’t have a better strategy, that’s all you can do.

But the reality is that it’s so intermittent and it’s based on your effort, but there’s no way you can generate enough rain in your business to sustain the kind of lead flow that’s going to generate clients or business to grow. Instead, you need to think about, do I have a business or do I have a job? If you have a business, you have a system that works for you even when you don’t, which means you can be walking in the forest, and right now you have leads flowing into your business, nourishing, allowing things to grow.

Do You Have A Job Or A Business?

And that’s where you want to be. You see a business is a system. Keyword is a system, that produces profit for the owner, even if the owner is not present or doing the work. The owner of a McDonald’s franchise is not the one flipping burgers. So yes, you’re a coach, yes, you’re helping your clients, but if you are dependent, if you’re the cog in the wheel for everything in your business, you have a job, not a business. And if everything you’re doing to generate leads is based on your efforts, then you’re going to burn out eventually and you don’t have a way to sustainably, predictably, and consistently attract new leads into your business without you doing all the work.

Listen, if you want to grow a rain forest as opposed to a desert, then here’s what you have to do right now. You need a better business model and if you want help figuring out what that might look like for you, go to workwithyuri.com and schedule a call to speak with us. We’ll look at what you’re doing, what isn’t working, where do you want to go? And we’ll brainstorm a better game plan to help you get more leads, but not just leads, because you don’t just want leads. You want clients. You want money, you want to help people.

We’ll show you exactly how to do that for you in your business. And we’ll show you how to do so quickly without spending all your day glued to your phone or glued to your computer or having to manually effort yourself to some more leads and clients. We’ll show you how to do things where your business can work for you so you can spend more time on the stuff you love to do more. Workwithyuri.com. Go there right now, book in a call.

But I’m going to be very honest with you. Don’t do that unless you’re serious about growing your business now. If you’re looking to pick our brain or kick some ideas around, it’s not going to happen. We only want to speak with health experts who are sick and tired of their current situation, who know that there’s a bigger future for themselves and they want action. They want to do it now, not a year from now, but now. And if that’s you, then again, book a call, workwithyuri.com, and if not, that’s okay. It’s all good, as well.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this video.  I hope you have an awesome day and I’ll speak with you soon.

Biggest Mistake Most “Entrepreneurs” Make That Hurts Their Business

One of the biggest mistake coaches make in their business. I’m going to share that with you right here.

If you’re a trainer have you ever had somebody say, “I’d love to work with you but I’m going to go get in shape first and then I’ll hire you.” I want you to think about that for a second. It doesn’t really make much sense because you hire a trainer to get in shape in the first place.

Your Business Is Like A House

So one of the biggest mistakes I see coaches make, and this is a prime tell if they’re going to do well in their business, and I know that’s a generalization, but listen, I’ve been doing this a long time and I can kind of see what leads to success and not success.

So the big mistake here is — I will invest in whatever when cash is in the bank. Big rookie mistake. Here’s why. Let me give you an analogy.

Would you buy a house all cash? If the answer is yes, it’s a dumb move financially. But most likely the answer is no. Why is that? Let’s say the house is a million dollars. You spend a million dollars on a house, cash, you’re out a million dollars. The opportunity costs you have just given up is you don’t have a million dollars in your hand anymore. So you could’ve done stuff with that money outside of just letting it sink into a house.

So what most people do is they put a down payment and they pay a mortgage. 20% down. Let’s say you put 200,000 down and you have the mortgage of let’s say $4,000 a month. So you have $800,000 that the bank is essentially just lending you for the next 30 years. And a lot of people have this weird notion of like, “I’m going to pay off my mortgage.” Why? The bank is giving you a loan at three, four percent on $800,000. It’s a steal. Do something with that money.

In your business, your business is like a house. If you only use cash to grow your business, it’s not a good move. When you look at a lot of investors, a lot of investors are very intelligent because they understand that they don’t want to use their money. They want to use other people’s money to invest in whatever deals or assets they’re creating. So when you’re a business, instead of using cash, you use a credit card. A credit card is here,  take some money and just pay me back in 30 days.

Do You Believe In Yourself?

The reason most people don’t do this is because they don’t believe in themselves or their business. It’s as simple as that. So if you’re thinking to yourself, “Hey, I’m going to wait until I have all this cash stockpiled away,” the reality is you don’t believe enough in your business to generate the income to even pay off the credit card “debt” that you would have accrued if you used the credit card.

And what that implies is that your business is not built on a smart model for generating business. Also known as you have a job, not a business. I know I’m kind of being really in your face here, like really like get up in your face. You need to hear this though. You have to hear this. If you are someone who thinks I’m only going to take action when I have cash ready to go, you’re not using a really powerful word called leverage.

If I had to wait for cash to sit in the bank before I ran all of my Facebook ads, I’d still be waiting. So here’s what I do on a monthly basis. I say, “Hey, Amex, I’m going to run a bunch of Facebook ads. I want you to loan me that money for the next 55 days.” Which is generally the extent of when I have to pay it back. And in the meantime I’m incurring a lot of expenses.

Is Your Business Leaking Money?

If you don’t have a model for generating revenue, and you’re just leaking money, obviously that’s going to be a problem. That’s the issue. But here’s why I can do that and here’s why I give Amex a lot of money, and in return they give me many, many points. I know that if I give Amex, let’s say $150,000 in Facebook ad spend, or if Amex loans me that money to spend on Facebook ads, I know I can do that because I know that in that given the amount of time I’m going to generate more than enough revenue to cover that in the next 30 to 55 days. That’s what it comes down to.

And if you don’t have a system in your business to do that, you need to figure out how to do that. Because if you’re always waiting for the cash to be there, it’s never going to be there. I promise you. It’s something called Parkinson’s Law, which means demand meets supply and supply will meet demand. If you need $5,000 to do something, listen, that $5,000 is going to come and it’s going to go very easily if you don’t manage your money properly, if you don’t manage cashflow properly. But I can promise you if you put money on your credit card, you’re going to figure out a way to pay that back.

And this is what separates, again, successful entrepreneurs who are a little bit more tolerant to risk versus those who move very slowly because they don’t want to make any mistakes. And God forbid they should lose a little bit of money. So they stockpile all of their cash and they then invest it in whatever they want to invest in for their business, for coaching, whatever, and then they hope for the best. That’s a very safe way of doing things, but it’s not a very leveraged, scalable, and fast way of building your business.

Listen, if you want a better system for getting clients and getting clients that pay for your business investment, then go to WorkWithYuri.com. Let’s book a call. Let’s look at what you’re doing. It’s probably not working if you’re waiting for all the cash to be there before you do anything. Let’s look at why you’re doing what you’re doing. And we’ll show you how to do things properly. We’ll show you how almost all of our clients come to work with us. And they don’t have a “budget” for marketing or advertising because we help them build out a process that gets them clients and those clients pay off their investments or their Facebook ad spend, if you will, before they even have to pay off their credit card.

If that’s of interest to you and you want to scale your business and get more clients where the clients are essentially paying for your investing in your business, then go to WorkWithYuri.com. Let’s book in a call. Let’s see what’s up. Where do you want to go. And we’ll see if there’s a good fit to help you out. If there is, cool. We can talk more about what that looks like. And if not, at least you’ll have a lot more clarity about what to do instead. Sound good? Thanks for joining me. Hope this makes sense and see you soon.

What You Missed

Our previous deep dive episode was with Dr. Allen Turner who’se been a chiropractor for 38 years treating children with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder, developmentally challenged children, and has had great success with that.

As a result of the success treating children with learning difficulties, he’s gotten into treating digestive issues, Crohn’s, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, diabetes helping these patients improve their health.

Now he is focused on patients who have very serious spinal issues, herniated disc, bulging disc, spinal stenosis, because there’s really not much out there to help those people.

Over the years, Dr. Allen has developed some very unique skills, treating patients one-on-one and being able to develop a program that gets away from treating people one-on-one and offering them something that can be taught through a course.  A virtual coaching program if you will.

Essentially he looking to transition from hands-on to helping people with information.

Fear of Being Disliked = Business Failure

One of the things I think holds a lot of people back, especially in business, especially with the Internet, is this fear of being disliked. I really believe the fear of being disliked is the number one thing that holds us back from achieving greatness.

Haters Are Going To Hate.  So What

And, listen, you notice that I don’t have any hair, right? I lost my hair when I was 17 to an autoimmune condition. And you wouldn’t believe the amounts of… I’m not going to call it hate, but the amount of comments that have a negative connotation, that I get on the Internet. So if I put up a Facebook post or we have ads running, it’s actually quite shocking to see that there are so many humans out there that are willing to, with their actual name, post stuff like they do on my ads about how I look, for instance, right? And it’s just… It makes you feel a little bit sad for the human race.

Anyways, the reason I share that with you is because, listen, I don’t give a shit what people think about me. I don’t care what they say about how I look, if they say I don’t look healthy, if I look like Mr. Clean. Listen, I have thicker skin than a reptile now, but when I first started it was a little bit different.

So I want to encourage you to not worry about what other people think about you. If you put up your ad on Facebook because you want to impact more people, and then you have one loser who doesn’t feel good about themselves, says something negative about your ad, here’s what you do.  There are three little dots, you click on those, and you hit delete. If it adds no value to the conversation, delete it, because all that’s going to do is it’s going to encourage more nonsense in your post.

Don’t Let Haters Stand In Your Way

So, listen, you have bigger fish to fry than worrying about what people think about you. You’ve got people to serve, you’ve got a mission to achieve, you have a business to build, and we can’t let nonsense like that stand in our way of moving forward. So the fear of being disliked is a really, really real thing. If it’s something you’ve dealt with, listen, you’re not alone. I think another area that where this shows up is in enrollment calls. You’re in an enrollment call. You don’t want to ask the awkward question, the deeper question, because what if the person pushes back or it makes them feel uncomfortable, because that’s where we have to go sometimes?

But what if they don’t like you? This is a person you’ve never met, you have no relationship with, and we’re afraid of what they’re going to think of us because we’re asking a certain question. These are the things that hold us back. These are the things that hold us back, not just in business but in life. And the sooner you can get through this stuff, and the sooner you can develop more callus, if you want to think of it that way, the better off you’re going to be, the more successful you’re going to be, and the more people you’re going to be able to help, okay?

Trust Your Inner Circle

So I want you to really think about this. And the only people I care about, in terms of their opinions, are the people that know me the best. So if my friends and family were to say, “Hey dude, man, you’re looking pretty sick, what’s going on?” I’m going to be a little bit more concerned about that, okay? Or they’re like, “Hey, man, you’re doing some stuff that’s a little bit suspicious,” I’m going to take those type of comments to heart.

But for people who don’t even know me, for people who don’t even know you, they’ve come across your post on Facebook or Instagram and they’re leaving negativity? Who cares? You see, the thing is, the more you put yourself out there, the more you’re going to start to get attention, right? You’re going to polarize people. The way you look, the message you’re sharing, what you’re saying, some people agree, some people won’t. But the very fact that is you’re getting that kind of feedback and engagement is a sign that you’re putting yourself out there and you’re doing things that most people will never do.

Most people play life safe. They’re the spectators in the stands. If you think of a soccer stadium, 50,000 people, how many players are on the field? 22. I would rather be one of the 22. How about you? It’s a lot easier to sit in the stands and heckle than it is to become the best version of yourself. All right? So never forget that.

And if you want to help with this, and if you want to help becoming the best version of yourself, if you want help building a business that helps people, that helps you and your family and your bank account and your situation, and to really do something that’s meaningful and lasting, then head on over to workwithyuri.com I want you to book in a time to chat with us.

Do THIS To Get Better Results

Thoughts, feelings, actions, results

Thoughts, feelings, actions, results. I want you to think of that for a second. Okay? Here’s why this is important. Everyone wants to get better results. Most people do, right? But most people attack results at the level of actions and results and they forget the first two pieces in that equation are feelings and thoughts.

Let’s look at the idea of procrastination.  Why do people procrastinate when they say they want something, yet they let all sorts of limiting beliefs and fear and all sorts of stuff stand in their way? They say they want a different result, but how are they supposed to take action if they feel paralyzed by fear? That’s a feeling. That’s an emotion, right?

Why We Procrastinate

So how do we change that feeling so that we actually take the action to get the results to get us out of procrastination, for instance? Well, it has to start at the level of thought. So the idea here is that if you want anything different in your life, you have to change the way you think. It is one of the most basic premises of success. It’s one of the easiest to understand, but in reality, it’s one of the toughest to implement.

Thought Changing Process

I’m no superhuman, and I have dealt with and continue to deal with my own internal battles. I think I probably think a little bit too small, to be very honest with you, with respect to a lot of things, but here’s the thing is that if you want different results than what you currently have, you have to think differently because what you currently have is a result of your current level of thinking or at least the thinking that has been the flavor of the day for the past couple of weeks, months, or years.

And it’s really important to understand that and there’s only, I believe, a few ways to do that. Number one is obviously changing your internal dialogue, changing the way you taught yourself. How do we do that? Well, we need to be surrounded by better people. We need to be surrounded by people who are playing at a bigger level, who believe that amazing things can happen, who don’t have limitations imposed upon them or don’t let other people’s negative beliefs stand in their way. So you have to be surrounded by great people who are going to inspire you and lift you up. T

he second way we can do things is by reading, by consuming the inputs that are coming into your mind. So whether that’s books, audios, movies, et cetera, that are going to give you confidence, and belief, and courage that what you want to do is possible.

You see left to our own devices, if we’re trying to take on the world in our own way, shape or form by ourselves, the likelihood of us succeeding is close to zero. It’s just too hard. It’s just too hard because very much like a garden, if you don’t take out the weeds, the weeds are going to grow out of control. Just like if I’m not holding my dog’s leash, she is going to go crazy and attack people. Although she can’t really harm anyone because she’s a tiny little Dachshund.

Your Feelings Affect Your Results

So the reason I’m sharing this with you is if you don’t have the results you currently say you want, you have to change your approach. Number one, there’s probably different actions you can take, better systems, better tactics, et cetera. But before all that, you need to change the level of vibration you feel.

You have to change how you feel on a day to day basis. You can’t feel sad, and depressed, and like at the bottom of a barrel, and expect amazing results to come from that. And I know that’s so tough. I know that’s so tough because listen, how am I supposed to feel good if everything’s shitty? Right? It’s tough, it’s tough. But the thing is you have to find a way to get into the clouds. You have to find a way to feel good even when what you want is not here. You have to feel as if it is already here. Because when you’re at that level of feeling, and joy, and happiness, and expectation, and confidence, that is the only time you can physically muster yourself into a state to do what’s necessary. Because if you don’t believe what you’re doing is going to create different results, you’re not going to do it.

So we have to get ourselves into that state of expectation where we know what we want is coming to us, even though it’s not here right now. And one of the best ways to do that is you’ve got to be surrounded by the right people.

If you want to be surrounded by world-class coaching to you take your mindset to the next level, and you want to be surrounded by hundreds of other health entrepreneurs who are doing big things in their respective businesses, and you know that you can’t do this on your own, then I invite you to book a call with us.
