Stop Selling The Plane. Sell The Vacation
Stasia
In today’s episode I want to talk to you about selling. I know, I know, selling tends to get a bad reputation, but let’s face it — selling is what keeps your business alive.
I want to change your mindset and want you to have more of an aversion to giving away free stuff and less of an aversion to selling.
The reason why giving things away for free does not work is because people who don’t pay, don’t pay attention.
If you really want to help someone, they have to pay with their time and money.
With that being said, I want to share with you how to go about selling the vacation, or selling the dream as opposed to the process.
When you master how to do this, it will help you become effective at enrolling clients.
If you want to learn more about this or you want help with this, go to workwithyuri.com and book a time to speak with us.
In This Episode I discuss:
01:28 – 04:16 – Introducing Today’s Topic
04:16 – 08:00 – How To Sell The Vacation

What You Missed
In our last episode, I had the opportunity to share with you my #1 productivity hack which has made a huge difference in my productivity.
The one thing that hinders our productivity is procrastination. Trust me, this is something I’m all too familiar with. Procrastination is based on having to do stuff you don’t want to do.
Due to that, I talked about the need to focus on your output vs. activity which is about being results oriented during a certain period of time. In other words, what are the results you achieved during a certain period of time?
There’s a very simple solution, aka hack, I’ve discovered that can help you be more productivity in less time. As a matter of fact, this 1 hack helped me publish 3 books in less than 6 months per book.

What You Missed
In our last episode I talked about the 10,000 rule based on a book by Malcolm Gladwell called Outliers. If you’re not familiar with this, the concept is that in order to master a skill or succeed in any endeavor in life, you have to put in 10,000 hours of work.
However, it is my belief that in order to succeed, you need to be in the right environment. Environment will always trump willpower. And that includes the people you surround yourself with.
While it is important to put in the work, the environment in which you immerse yourself is going to help unlock the things your really want to achieve.

What You Missed
In our last episode, I asked the following question: Are You Obsessed With Your Success?
In this episode I want to raise your awareness and what you need to ask yourself to become obsessed with whatever it is you want to achieve. Whatever you want to get better at, you have to be obsessed with getting better.
If you’re looking to achieve success, you have to be real and honest with yourself if you’re doing all that you can to achieve that success. Are you obsessed and doing whatever it takes to get there?
You need to put in the work. You cannot delegate your success to someone else.
Give this episode a listen. I would love to get your comments and feedback on this topic.
Are You Obsessed With Your Success?
Stasia
Are you obsessed with your success? If you’re not, you really should be. There’s a book by Ray Dalio called Principles where he talks about the importance of being a realist and being very self-aware of the current situation you’re in and your life.
If you’re looking to achieve success, you have to be real and honest with yourself if you’re doing all that you can to achieve that success. Are you obsessed and doing whatever it takes to get there?
When I was 10 I was obsessed with wanting to become a professional soccer player. I made sacrifices so I wouldn’t miss training and practice opportunities. I was relentless in my pursuit of becoming a professional soccer playing which I eventually achieved in my early 20’s.
I share this with you as an example of what being obsessed is with whatever it is you want to achieve in your life or your business.
I want to raise your awareness and what you need to ask yourself to become obsessed with whatever it is you want to achieve. Whatever you want to get better at, you have to be obsessed with getting better.

What You Missed
In our last episode we talked about fear. More specifically, is fear holding you back, or is it propelling you forward?
I can tell you first hand that when you face your fears is when you grow the most and achieve the most. It’s important that you learn to face your fears because fear never goes away — what you fear changes over time.
You can’t grow your business without personal growth. All business growth is predicated by personal growth and getting past your fears is a big factor in achieving personal growth and business growth.
Pushing past your fear is believing in yourself. And when you believe in yourself others will believe in you as well. A big part of pushing past your fears and believing in yourself is to “get in the soup” with others who have been there, who get you, who can support and encourage you along the way.
Listen to this episode and I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.
Fear is An Indication of What You Should Do (Not What You Shouldn’t)
Stasia
Hey, hey, hey, Healthpreneurs. It’s another awesome day. Hope you’re having a good one.
I want to ask you a question about fear. Is fear holding you back, or is it propelling you forward? Here’s my take on this. Fear is an indication of what you should do, not what your shouldn’t.
When you play it safe, you’re playing small and when you’re playing small, you’re being selfish.
We don’t regret the things we do in life, we regret the things we don’t do in life. If you’re afraid of something, you need to ask yourself, “what is the worst thing that will happen”? And then ask yourself “what is the best that can happen”?
Pushing past your fear is believing in yourself. And when you believe in yourself others will believe in you as well. A big part of pushing past your fears and believing in yourself is to “get in the soup” with others who have been there, who get you, who can support and encourage you along the way.

What You Missed
Our last episode many people would consider to be a controversial topic. Why saving money can make you broke.
Here’s what I mean by that.
Conventional wisdom has taught us to save money and I get that it may sound counterintuitive or controversial to think otherwise.
Saving money, or hoarding comes from a scarcity mindset and that more isn’t coming in. Money is useful when it’s being used. If you have money in your bank account you’re not spending, you may as well have zero dollars in your bank account.
I’ve got a few paradigym shifts about several lies you’ve been told when it comes to money, and I really want you to think about what I say regarding these topics and why what you’ve been told when it comes to retirement and education are lies.
I really want to open your mind and help you think about the intention and thought process you currently have about saving money.
It’s when you start thinking differently from what you’ve been taught is when you become financially free.
If you missed it, you can tune in right here to find out what all the controversy is about.

What You Missed
Our last episode was a solo round where I talked about the harsh truth of building an online business.
What is the harsh truth? The harsh truth is that most health and fitness practitioners do not want to invest money to obtain clients.
When you come on line, there’s only two ways to build a business. You can use your time or you can use money. Currently in 2019 and beyond, using your time to build a blog, using content marketing and SEO no longer reaps the rewards it once did back in 2006. You just cannot win at playing that game any more.
Looking back over the years and knowing what I know now, I have a better understanding and insight as to what the number one currency is when it comes to building your online business and share what that is in this episode.
Fortunately, I’ve discovered what DOES work and will continue to work into 2020 and beyond. It’s a system that I has worked for me and this same system is working for our clients as well.
If you missed it, tune in right here and find out what the number currency you is to building your online business and much more.

In our last episode, I had a very special guest, Natalie Garcia who is the co-founder of an amazing platform called Practice Better.
When Natalie had first gotten into the business as a health practitioner, she saw how over whelming the amount of work that goes into seeing each client and realizing that not only is it not manageable, it is not sustainable.
Natalie quickly realized that health and wellness practices were lacking systems to help support their businesses.
While there were tools out there, they didn’t seem disjointed and didn’t speak to one another.
What Natalie did was create a solution from her frustrations and co-founded Practice Better which takes care of a lot of the admin work from systemization to documentation and much more.
Natalie talked about the “must haves” your business needs to have in place to create a positive experience for the client. Not only does this create a positive customer experience, it also frees up a lot of your time from doing the manual legwork.
If you’re interested in learning more at Practice Better and how it can help your business, you’ll definitely want to check out the episode.

Today we’re taking a deep dive with Amelia Case who has owned a multi-disciplinary alternative medicine clinic for the past 30 years.
Most of the income from her practice has been coming primarily in the form of insurance claims, and has been experiencing a decline in revenue through insurance companies as the industry has changed and evolved which, needless to say, has become concerning.
She is looking to take her expertise in working with people who suffer from anxiety and turn that into an online coaching business.
Like many health practitioners, going about finding clients in the “ethers” is not just a scary proposition, but is an enigma.
Like most people, Amelia had been sharing and posting content organically hoping to get found.
We had an in-depth conversation about how to use Facebook Ads to send to your Perfect Client Pipeline and using this method to share your content in a way that motivates people to buy using “empathy”.
